請問為何使用Chrome看Mobile01，畫面會LAG??

我的電腦是I5的桌機，Windows 8.1，記憶體8G。使用內建的IE，看Mobile01與其他網站都速度飛快。

而使用Chrome，看其他網站也都很正常，卻只有Mobile01會畫面LAG..(就是滾動滑鼠時不順暢)..

我有把Chrome還原、移除重裝都是一樣的狀況。請問是哪邊出問題了呢？

PS. 系統很乾淨，剛重裝過。防毒也只有微軟內建的DEF
