我個人是覺得這種應考資格的限制是不希望由那種畢業或退伍後的全職考生而完全沒有社會經驗的人來當司法官。總之，司法官考試要求要有律師證照，也算是創舉了~~ 制度不管怎麼改，總是會有抱怨的族群，這對已取得律師證照的公務員又想更上一層樓的是有利的，但對已經是執業律師但一直想當司法官的，覺得應該把三年工作經驗限制為三年的執業律師才行。但最不爽的是沒有三年工作經驗又想考司法官的法律系畢業生或在學學生。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.230.52.84 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1423387589.A.4B1.html ※ 編輯: ptt0219 (36.230.52.84), 02/08/2015 17:30:19
