陸罹難者旅行理賠每人200萬

復興航空空難賠償11日將協調，觀光局今天表示，根據旅行業管理規則，台灣旅行社須為參團陸客投保旅行業責任保險，罹難者每人理賠新台幣200萬元，傷者最高10萬元。

復興航空今天上午針對台灣及中國大陸死傷者家屬，分兩場次說明賠償協調及善後事件處理說明，約有半數死傷者的家屬參與，其中大陸旅行團死傷者家屬也已啟動旅行責任保險投保理賠。

觀光局表示，德運旅行社及飛揚旅行社接待的2個大陸旅行團，依旅行業管理規則投保旅行業責任保險，全由富邦產險承保，中華民國旅行業同業公會全國聯合會會協調。

復興空難機上共有31名大陸旅行團成員，目前有26人死亡、3人受傷、2人失蹤，依照德運和飛揚旅行社投保金額，罹難者可獲200萬元旅行責任保險理賠，3名受傷旅客最高可獲理賠金10萬元。
