內建音樂軟體體出問題(救)

我聽音樂都習慣從電腦下載，再同步到我的手機！
可是我今天要同步新歌時就沒辦法無法把新歌同步到手機裡，
然後點我要的歌來聽，就變照片這樣...
本來只是1.2個無法聽，後來就變整個都是那符號
必須要靠同步才會變正常，過沒多久就跑回原點
我點了那顆又沒反應....
