HTC Desire系列更新頻繁，今次呢部 826比起上代改進甚多。前置鏡頭用上 HTC獨家 Ultra Pixel技術，以往旗艦機 M7、 M8先用嘅，今次中階價就玩到，可說是 HTC自拍神器。

 

另外亦用上 S615 64bit八核處理器夾晒 Android 5.0，操作明顯比上代流暢。屏幕解像度亦由 720p提升到 1080p，加埋中港 4G都通嘅雙咭雙待，除咗機身稍厚外，可說是近期標青中價機。
