CUP升級的話對遊戲FPS提昇有很大的幫助嗎？

我的配備目前是這樣

i5-4430 3.0GHz (Turbo Boost 3.2GHz)
Gigabyte G1 Sniper B5 (B85)
創見 DDR3-1600 4GBx2
EVGA GTX970 ACX 2.0 ref
Plextor M5S 128GB SSD
WD 1TBx2
海韻 700W

最近因為要迎接GTA 5把原本的GTX660換成GTX970了

可是怕開Full HD還是會不夠，大家覺得要順的話先加記憶體，先買2條4GB回來
還是把CPU賣掉換成i5-4590 3.3GHz(Turbo Boost 3.7GHz)會差很多嗎？

還是說完遊戲的話差不了幾張FPS?

還有如果i5-4430原廠貨含盒裝風扇要賣的話大概賣多少才合理呢？
因為現在好像停產了？找不到全新的價格
