北迴-東部線因為天然地形的關係，
在道路開發上的難度就是比人家高出不只一截，
但我還是想問，
都有一個穿山的雪隧了，
難道沒辦法再來一個遁地的地下道路嗎？
或是效法其他海島型國家在海岸間增設跨海大橋之類的東西，
在北宜、宜花間設置類似的海上分流車道，
英法都有海底鐵路這種技術比上述更高的建設了。

技術上一定有難度，
相信也不可能是三五年內就能夠達到的事，
但這不是理由，
因為其他國家做到了，
代表那是現今人類技術絕對能夠辦得到的事情，
就是有沒有那個智商跟懶葩去推而已。

盡選一堆只會圖利建商的貪污官員，
就差沒去開阿帕契而已

（ ′,_ゝ`)<我已經不知道幾年沒投票了所以不要看我，那些政府官員會當選都跟我無關。
