百日觸霉頭？柯文哲：本不想辦園遊會

台北市長柯文哲今天首次到台北市議會施政報告，市議員陳彥伯在他報告時提到，柯常說「百日、百日」，但百日有甚麼成績，有甚麼好慶祝的？柯市府卻還辦園遊會。陳彥伯還酸，「那是不是七七四十九天也要辦？」認為柯常講百日「很觸霉頭」。

柯施政報告時也提到，百日時市府舉辦「市府園遊會」，他本來不想辦，但觀傳局長簡余晏告訴他，要讓官員有勇氣去面對群眾，把想法告訴人家，不只執行，也要有能力行銷政策。將來他也用更多事前溝通取代事後衝突。以後有大案，會通知選區議員，和議員溝通過了，再跟里長和居民說。
