蘋果Sunpower攜手四川建太陽能電廠

蘋果公司（Apple）將投資美國太陽能大廠SunPower，在四川興建兩座太陽能電廠，預計第4季完工，總發電量可達40兆瓦。這筆交易的財務細節未對外公開。

蘋果公司一直努力開發可滿足自身所需的能源來源，旗下所有資料中心已採用再生能源。

矽谷科技巨擘紛紛投資太陽能等再生能源，蘋果2月宣布向First Solar在南加州的一座太陽能電廠投資8.48億美元；Google在可再生能源方面的投資已超過20億美元。
