瀏覽器的PROXY一直自動開啟很困擾

我是使用MSI的GS70，WIN8，CHROME瀏覽器，沒有安裝防毒軟體，
有時候上網網頁開很慢，每次上網上到一段時間，就沒辦法用了，
經過爬文，去處理PROXY的問題，果然能夠解決，
都是「取消PROXY的勾勾，再把自動偵測的選項打勾」
繼續使用，但是不知道為什麼，又會開始上不了網，又很慢，
去檢查設定，PROXY又被打勾了....
只好再來一次剛剛的動作，但是PROXY就是會一直自動啟動，
我真的不知道為什麼，去進階裡面看它的位址，如下圖

我想請問板上的高手們，有沒有一勞永逸讓PROXY不會再啟動的方法呢？
不然我只是正常使用，這個問題真的很困擾我~"~
