核三廠火警供電備轉容量率亮紅燈

台電核三廠今天凌晨發生火警，台電預估受到波及的二號機，約需兩周才能修復，讓今日預估供電備轉容量率亮起紅燈，僅剩下5.93%，低於6%的警戒線，是今年以來次低紀錄。

根據台電的資料顯示，備轉容量率在10%以上是供電充裕，系統供電餘裕充足，而6%~10%則是供電吃緊，系統供電餘裕降低，而低於6%是供電進入緊戒狀態，限電機率上升。
