「6月16日！」為回應社會修憲的呼聲，立法院長王金平上午表示，立法院最慢要在6月16日通過修憲提案，6月17日公告，半年後，內政部與中選會必須在公告截止後28天完成作業。意即修憲案公民複決才來得及在明年總統暨立委選舉時舉行。

為了避免外界延伸解讀，王金平說完這段話之後，還補了一句「這只是行政措施而已」。
