國防部今天表示，媒體報導「國防部以國賠模糊焦點」，內容絕非事實。

國防部發布新聞稿強調，國防部或陸軍司令部未曾向洪家、新聞媒體說過「將代洪家請求國家賠償1億元」，軍方也未接獲洪府提出國賠請求書；新聞媒體相關報導絕非事實。

國防部指出，針對「洪仲丘下士死亡案」，軍檢已積極偵辦，不會包庇涉案人員，證據到哪裡，辦到哪裡，沒有上限。國防部一定會讓真相公諸於世，還洪家公道。
