張通榮判緩刑 監委再提彈劾

基隆市長張通榮涉嫌酒駕關說案，今天一審宣判1年8個月，緩刑5年。日前監委程仁宏、楊美鈴曾提案彈劾張通榮，但當時並未過關。程仁宏受訪時說，已再度提出彈劾案，近日將安排審查會處理。
