台露聯合公報 露國助加入ICAO

馬英九總統8月16日和聖露西亞總理安東尼簽署聯合公報，公報載明聖路西亞支持中華民國加入UNFCCC，參與全球氣候變遷事務。馬總統表示，會談時安東尼詢問還有哪些需要幫忙，他感謝過去露國在國際場合為我發聲，也希望就我參與國際民航組織ICAO部分，大家共同努力，讓中華民國繼續在國際社會透過有意義參與，扮演建設性角色。
