第一次發文好緊張，但實在是太想分享了！其實標題我還沒達到啦，一切都只是我的目標^^ 不過最近皮膚真的好很多，連朋友都問發現惹，先說明基本狀況：接近30還是很會長痘，粉刺毛孔粗大都少不了，更可怕的是痘疤很多，因為皮膚算中偏白，所以痘疤更是超級明顯，男友都說我的臉要是沒痘疤就好了（泣），唯一的優點大概是臉皮很繃吧～最近的保養方式： 1.看中醫調身體，意外有讓痘痘少長很多 2.脈衝光打痘疤，回來用雪弗蘭保濕面膜狂敷 3.過一周去診所杏仁酸做臉拔粉刺，回來還是繼續敷保濕 4.停了幾天開始用sk2洗面乳加敷青春露，發現臉發在亮，以前敷效果都沒這麼好內現在看自己臉一天天好轉真的很開心，終於找到自己適合的保養方式了！抱歉手機發文排版可能會有點亂～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.68.44.44
