請問一個關於室內設計的問題，隔音牆OR隔音木板?

因為小弟最近要結婚了，原本放在房間的音響都要搬走了，不然未來的老婆要把他摔爛!!

預計趁這個時候在隔壁間規劃個小視聽室

不過因為有浴室的問題，不能整間房間拿來用，必須要再另外隔一片牆出來

現在的問題是如果像照片裡面，我要把紅色的部份隔起來(長約4.6M，高約2.6M)，包含要做一個入口

隔音效果要好的話，我應該用甚麼來做比較好?隔音木板?還是磚頭?

另外高雄有沒有在做這一類的店家可以介紹嗎?謝謝阿!
