標題[請問] 為什麼是先談服貿再談貨貿呢

如題一般來說都是貨貿(開放關稅)先談吧畢竟如果要加入世界貿易體系的話當然大家都是希望彼此零關稅比較好可是服務協議? 這好像很很少人再談吧就像我們跟美國沒有服務貿易協議但能去美國做生意和工作的早就去啦大陸也沒有禁止台灣人做生意和工作啊現在台灣也是很多人在大陸當台商和陸幹有沒有簽服貿對台灣有差嗎有差的只有大陸吧畢竟目前政府是禁止陸資的如果要跟大陸合作的話為什麼不能先簽貨貿呢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.182.57
