中市樹王埤中興及后溪底抽水站 今啟用

台中市大里溪沿岸新增樹王埤、中興及后溪底等三處抽水站，今天上午在台中市烏日區樹王埤抽水站舉辦聯合啟用典禮，包括烏日區及大里區議員、里長和居民到場共襄盛舉。台中市長胡志強說，這三處抽水站同時運作，可在二分鐘內抽乾一座國際標準游泳池的水，效率驚人，治水會全力以赴，絕不手軟，務必做到各地都不淹水。

市府水利局表示，樹王埤、中興段及后溪底區域排水都是匯入大里溪的支流，洪汛時，大里溪外水位高漲，排水出口閘門須關閉，避免大里溪倒灌造成淹水。市府水利局積極向中央爭取經費興建抽水站，中央全數補助這三座抽水站，總經費3.7億元。
