[考題] 國考歷屆考題與考題觀念討論(書裡看到的選這個)請附上想法、出處法規: (一)中華郵政得經營的業務為何? (答案是郵政法第5條) (二)如違反上述規定，有無罰則規定? 這一題(二)我找不到答案,可否請板友協助. 民法: 甲於乙超市購物期間，遺失智慧型手機一只， (一)拾得人權利有何相關規定?
