辦完喪事逼女員工上床 老闆判刑

60多歲莊姓男子在高雄開葬儀社，前年他帶一名新進女職員到屏東替亡者辦法事，結束後將被害人帶到汽車旅館，一路上哄稱「我是老人家你不用怕」，又說只是進去洗SPA放鬆一下。

入房後莊男逕自進去洗澡，洗完後要求被害人也進去洗被拒，便把被害人壓在床上性侵得逞。被害人指控，前年6月她在友人介紹下到莊男的葬儀社見習，當天結束法會，莊男將車開往汽車旅館，說要唱歌按摩，她覺得不妥，但拗不過。高雄地院審理後，依妨害性自主罪判他5年2 個月，賠償35萬元。
