各位背包客你们好，

我长期住在米兰市内, ，房型是1室1厨1卫生1阳。卧室内有2张单人床。
环境整洁，距离红线地铁gambara站300米，楼下有公交车58路直达红线绿线地铁站cadorna火车站。距离米兰大教堂DUOMO8站地铁。提供宽带上网。

入住的要求提供的服务及其价格：

1，你必须是同志或者拉拉或者同志友好者（本人是gay）
2，邋遢不整洁大声喧扰者请勿打扰（本人很讨厌）。
3, 可以是吸烟者（只限在厨房，房间内不允许）。
4，最多只招待2人，2人以上的只能说对不起了。庙太小招待不了。：）
5，价格是1人 30欧元/每晚/一个床位。 2人 50欧元/每晚/一个房间。只接受欧元现金（只提供简单早餐）
6，可以提供接人服务（仅限米兰市内，不包括机场接人）
7，洗漱用品请自带。
8，想到再加上。。。
