烏克蘭安全委員會發言人李森科今天說，馬來西亞航空公司失事客機上的黑盒子尚未交到烏國當局手中，因此他對黑盒子一無所知。

李森科（Andriy Lysenko）在記者會中重申烏克蘭當局立場，即叛軍必須放下武器、交出邊界控制權並允許國際監督人員評估情勢，雙方才能達成停火協議。

他說：「我們對黑盒子一無所知，烏克蘭方面尚未接獲任何1只黑盒子。」
