聯絡人: 小蔡聯絡方式: 0922-640657、站內信房屋地點: 台中市(南區)興大路11號八樓，距離：興大約3分鐘，台中火車站約5分鐘 (騎腳踏車可走綠園道去上學，健康又安全！) 所在樓層: 8F/13F 租金(月): 房租4000元，房租可月繳，需押金二個月。 (包含水、電、瓦斯、管理費、中華20M/5M網路 & WiFi、第四台喔!!)。隔間材質: 水泥房屋概況: 1.三房兩廳格局，出租雅房一間。 (單人彈簧床、桌椅、衣櫥、對外窗戶、沒西曬) 2.有客廳、廚房(可炊伙)。 (冰箱、洗衣機) 3.有24小時大樓監視器錄影，24小時管理員管制及雙門禁感應卡。 4.周圍沒有更高建築物，打開窗戶就會有風，夏天晚上吹電風扇就很涼爽。 5.水泥隔間，實驗把聲音開超大，在房間裡居然聽不到，隔音超好。 6.是十年內新建大樓，有雇用清潔人員每天打掃大樓社區。 7.一樓有垃圾子母車，不必苦苦等候垃圾車。 8.出大門門口，右邊是游泳池、公園，左邊是全聯福利中心，生活機能方便。身分限制: 希望是單純的學生或上班族。(不會喝酒、抽煙) 備註: 1.目前已住兩名男室友，在找室友合租。 2.我從事電腦維修，可以免費幫室友修電腦!! 3.隨時可入住。照片: http://photo.pchome.com.tw/petrla7/01/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.224.93.31 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Rent_ya/M.1409272628.A.838.html
