鳳凰來襲 南台灣嚴防強風豪雨

中央氣象局昨天晚上8時30時發布鳳凰颱風陸上颱風警報，中央災害應變中心也隨即開設，馬總統與江宜樺今天上午9時雙雙趕赴中央災害應變中心，了解最新颱風現況，並透過視訊會議，了解首當其衝的高雄市及屏東和台東縣的防災整備工作與進度。

中央災害應變中心指出，估計鳳凰颱風今晚登陸後將對台東、花蓮、屏東及高雄帶來強風豪雨，預估有600毫米，明天中部地區及新北市山區和東北角，也將降下豪雨，呼籲山區加強防範及沿海低窪地區防範海水倒灌。
