斷掌詐保案　男依詐欺判十月

60歲男子胡其揚前年十月前往大陸地區探視配偶，自稱遇到搶劫，被人砍斷左手掌，向國泰和富邦保險公司請求理賠共一千五百萬；保險公司提出詐欺告訴，士林地方法院調查，男子的刀傷共十六刀都是平行傷口，且案發地點的水泥地有麻醉藥物，今天依詐欺未遂罪判處胡合併執行十個月，得易科罰金。
