標題[請問] 淡菜上的干貝柱

去爭鮮如果點到淡菜=貽貝=孔雀蛤我都覺得我吃的很狼狽因為上面有個干貝柱 (據說那是營養價值很高的部位我曾試著偷觀查別人怎麼吃有的人甚至沒有吃呀.... 但我也不好意思每次找人盯著看別人有沒有人吃那種食材) 我有試著用牙齒去磨下來但非常的吃力而且吃相很難看而且還要咬到外面的殼..誰知道殼是不是乾淨的XDXD 然後要不然我就是用筷子在那邊吐來吐去(台語) 感覺干貝柱被我用的鬆散之後再用牙去磨下來變的比較容易但用筷子在那邊吐也是覺得很不雅所以請想問到底該如何把淡菜的干貝柱優美的取下謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.235.200.85 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1414653839.A.305.html
