彰化縣政府今天在彰化八卦山大佛前廣場，舉辦2014彰化縣聯合婚禮活動，以「大佛見證，幸福彰化」為主題，副縣長柯呈枋為19 對新人證婚，完成終身大事。

柯呈枋引用縣長卓伯源說的12字箴言「難忍能忍、難捨能捨、難行能行」勉勵新人互相體諒、包容、關愛對方。柯呈枋贈送金鏟，祝福早生貴子，新人按壓手印「心心相印」。
