有關蘋果官網用教育價購買，遲遲收不到資格證明

各位好，我有點問題想請教各位
如題，我第一次在蘋果官網用教育價買了電腦
從禮拜六晚上訂到現在已過兩天
遲遲沒收到官網寄來的資格證明MAIL(已徹底檢查過信箱/我用GMAIL)
電腦的錢仍未被扣款，只先扣同訂單購買的applecare
請問各位遇過這種問題嗎
還是說現在已不寄通知，要我主動寄學生證到"education_id@asia.apple.com"這信箱?

因為我爬了之前的文章，很怕我訂單被取消
