公文未送達矯正署扁無法返家跨年

法務部宣布，台中監獄的公文因高速公路塞車，還未送達矯正署，矯正署1月5日早上9點才會開會審議，決定是否讓陳水扁保外就醫。陳水扁確認無法回家跨年。

前總統陳水扁保外就醫案，因高速公路塞車，公文在傍晚5點30分才送到，矯正署來不及召集審查小組開會，今天無法核准，將在下周一再審查，跨年夜阿扁返家無望。
