如題, 在奢侈稅開徵前, 跟弟弟合資在桃園市區買了一棟透天店面, 父母也有幫忙付首期, 本來預估兄弟倆要合夥做生意, 但後來我升職了, 就沒有離開公司了. 一直到現在也差不多2年多, 一個月房貸約100K(兄弟一人負擔一半), 有租客一個月租金76K, 地點在市區近火車站, 透天(室內約150P), 一坪入手約35W, 但最近家人吵著要賣, 弟弟跟我的意見不同, 他贊成賣, 而我贊成繼續收租. 因為他害怕房市反轉而且收租回報率低. 不知道各位怎麼看?
