陳和皇勇闖達卡拉力賽拚國民外交

中華民國駐阿根廷代表黃聯昇，當地時時間17日中午設慶功宴，祝賀遠從台灣到阿根廷參加2015年達卡拉力賽的陳和皇，順利完賽。

這次賽道總長9000多公里，橫跨阿根廷、玻利維亞及智利3國，崎嶇難行，地形險峻，嚴厲考驗車手駕馭能力及毅力、耐力。

陳和皇是第3度到阿根廷參加達卡拉力賽，這次比賽他完成全部賽程，更珍惜旅外鄉親的深厚情誼，以及賽程和競爭對手互相幫助、打氣。

他說，整個比賽是成功的國民外交，中華民國的國旗隨著車隊所向，烙印在僑胞及所有參賽者的心頭。
