大陸人行：歐版QE 有利中國出口

中國人民銀行（大陸央行）副行長潘功勝今日表示，人行過去幾年推出的一些新型貨幣政策工具，和存款準備金率之間不是一種取代和被取代的關係。

路透引述潘功勝在國新辦吹風會上表示，歐央行推出新一版的量化寬鬆（QE）政策有利於中國的出口，歐央行QE與美國QE正常化可能會對人民幣匯率形成下行壓力。

他指出，按規定履行相關審批程序之後，存款保險制度可能將會付諸實施，並會很快由起步時的單一費率過渡到差別費率。

對於銀行資產壓力，銀監會副主席王兆星稱，中國的銀行不良貸款水平有上升壓力，整個金融體系的風險仍可控。

王兆星介紹，截止2014年12月末，中國銀行業金融機構不良貸款率為1.64%，商業銀行不良貸款率為1.29%。
