股價沒力維亞康姆CEO不忘加薪自肥

美聯社報導，美國娛樂影視龍頭維亞康姆（Viacom Inc.）執行長杜曼（Philippe Dauman），無視公司股價無力回天，以及業績平平，去年仍加薪19%，達到4430萬美元。

根據今天曝光的申報文件，杜曼的薪酬組合包括紅利200萬美元，以及價值1990萬美元的股票報酬，以及薪水390萬美元，和總額50萬313美元的各式獎勵。

維亞康姆控有MTV、Nickelodean與其他各式有線電視頻道，還有派拉蒙（Paramount）製片廠。

維亞康姆上一會計年度股價累計慘跌8%，同時美股標準普爾500指數則勁揚17%。
