近日，預售屋將要準備驗屋，考量都不懂如何驗，上網GOOGLE過驗收表格，但覺得很容易被建商唬弄過去，所以還是想找專門驗屋的人員比較安心。

上網找過後，台灣檢驗SGS和量身訂作這兩間似乎不錯，只是仍在考慮要選哪一間，

請問有過找專門驗屋的分享一下經驗，供作參考，感謝大家。
