大巨蛋避難審查陳威仁：無關誰當署長

內政部長陳威仁今天表示，遠雄大巨蛋的防火避難設計由台灣建築中心審查，和當時由誰擔任內政部營建署長沒有很大關係。

台北市副市長林欽榮日前表示，他任營建署長期間，沒實質審查遠雄大巨蛋防火避難設計，營建署3次實質審查並通過，都是在前營建署長葉世文任內。

陳威仁上午在立法院內政委員會受訪表示，目前這個案子看來較屬於合約看法不同，大家都很注重提高公共安全標準，如何解決，尊重台北市政府和廠商協調。
