電視劇「步步驚心」中專情率直的「十三爺」戀愛了！大陸男星袁弘20日被狗仔拍到與女星張歆藝共處一室，兩人互相餵食、親吻，互動親密，傳出兩人已同居。袁弘昨出席實境秀「真正男子漢」見面會時，大方承認與張歆藝熱戀中，表示「我和她相處得很好，她對我也很好，希望大家能多給我們一些理解和空間。」
