用google chrome 開youtube會lag

各位大大好
小弟的電腦最近不知道為什麼突然會這樣

開chrome看youtube 畫面有時候會突然lag一下然後又好然後可能過沒多久又lag一下可是聲音不會
但是我用IE看YOUTUBE就沒有這種情況發生

另外原本開英雄聯盟效能全開也不會LAG
現在玩一玩也會突然卡一下

CPU" QuadCore Intel Core i5-750, 3366 MHz (21 x 160)
顯卡:nVIDIA GTS450
主機板:Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3
記憶體" 4G DDR3 1333的

小弟平常電腦用途就看看YOUTUBE,爾偶會連到電視
不然就玩完英雄聯盟
直到最近這幾天開始發生這個問題

有想過是不是顯示卡的問題不過我顯卡驅動程式已經重新安裝過了
GOOGLE CHROME有重新安裝過了
實在不知道該怎麼辦
