增重的迷思?

網路上常看到體型消瘦的人要健身,大伙都會建議他門先增重,這樣練起來才比較大塊,有質感!但是有另外一群人,說自己其實不胖,但是腹部的肉總是偏多,要如何才能有腹肌。這時後會有人告訴當事人,先降體脂再說!

我想問的是,上述兩種人不會互相牴觸嗎?改天瘦子增胖了,上來問說,肚子的肉怎麼消除!感覺就像鬼打牆!想請問版上各位健身的前輩!想要增加肌肉的質量,但卻不要這些肉跑到肚子去!該如何從飲食上面調配!
