軍院在押8人 上午送高分院

軍審法修正案通過，軍事法庭審理的案件移轉到各地法院，今天移交到高分院的軍事案13件，在押人犯8人，移交到地院的26件，在押人犯1人，涉案層級最高都是上校。

上午7點40分，載有8名在押被告的囚車進入高雄高分院，囚車前方由市警局警車做前導，後方用軍方車押隊，從南屏路門口進入高分院後開往地下室，從內部進入。高分院稍後召開羈押庭，裁定羈押或交保。
