標題[請益]乾坤的製造/技術工程師?

小弟最近錄取乾坤的製造工程師(薄膜) 主管說明工作主要目標就是提升產線良率班制好像是常日班不過因為負責的產線24小時都歸你管沒有所謂夜班會來交接所以基本要求全天包括假日都是on call的我問主管製造跟其他公司的製程有什麼差別他說基本上是一樣的不過後來我在104看了一下乾坤製造和技術工程師的工作內容感覺製造工程師是帶線組長之類的而技術工程師才是所謂的製程小弟本身是比較想找製程方面的工作而且聽說實際上24小時oncall的常日班可能比四二輪還要操得多想請問乾坤的製造和技術工程師實際上工作內容的差別有請待過乾坤的前輩解答了謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.228.40.50 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1408242137.A.346.html
