星期六(2013/10/26)上午寄一台機車由嘉義到新竹, 嘉義站的人員查了一下班次說星期六當晚就會到.
星期日下午去電"新竹火車站服務電話"確認,竟然跟我說還沒到...我還提醒她說嘉義站的行李房人員說昨天就會到了喔. 她就叫我我等一下(我以為她去幫我確認了), 隔了幾十秒又跟我說沒到.還跟我講沒那麼快, 最快也要星期天晚上才會到.
想一想不太對, 星期一跳過新竹火車站服務電話, 直接打電話去"新竹站行李房",結果行李房的人說星期日一早上班就有看到我的機車了.應該是星期六晚上到的.
新竹火車站接服務電話的小姐你他媽也太混了,以為別人很閒呀? 特地空一個下午要跟老婆去牽車, 結果根本沒幫我確認,只是很偷懶的說還沒到. 這種效率,這種心態...被瞧不起也是正常而已. 其他台鐵人員很努力的幫我包裝,迅速寄車, 就因為你懶得移動你的大屁股,或打電話去行李房確認一下,整個形象就爛掉了.
