這禮拜跟大學朋友吃飯聊到他們家在南部某大學有三間店套（只有二次加建，沒其他問題）最近半年，對面農地也蓋了一排店套起來，然後店面的租金房租都比較便宜，當然做生意的能少一塊是一塊，房客就常拿對面的租金來殺價，弄的他們家老人家十分不悅！請問像這樣子農地的違規使用有解嗎！？ -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.77.131.92
