可惜以台灣的狀況利息很難超過3% 大家不要做夢了收一收回家睡覺吧美國聯準會近十年最高就是06-07年時候的5.X% 但是以美國產業革命(能源)+退休世代影響失業率沒降到6.5%以下根本不要幻想升息擔心通膨更好笑美國快要可以對外賣油了能源帶動通膨更不可能未來就是中高成長+低通膨的美國美好年代台灣BJ4 近幾年全球經濟最差的幾個國家跟人家談升息笑死人美國利息多少是很重要的因為會影響到保守的投資人投資台灣房地產的意願如果利息>5%,靠,我存美元比炒房地產穩可惜未來幾年美國很難到5%了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.66.82.43 ※ 編輯: changshang 來自: 42.66.82.43 (12/31 14:38)
