WORD檔關閉後出現停止運作視窗後自動修復卻出現空白檔案

檔案用到一半會突然出現已停止運作的視窗
之後自動進行檔案修復
事後刪除了WORD的一些增益集後
這個現象變成不是發生在操作檔案時
而是關閉檔案的時候

WORD2007檔案關閉後
隨即出現word已停止運作的視窗
之後系統為我的檔案進行修復
卻跑出一份空白名為文件一的檔案
可是我稍早儲存後關閉的檔案仍健在
打開之後
原本空白的文件一突然就變成我剛才儲存的那份資料
可是再度關上之後同樣的情形又在發生一次

請問系統發生了什麼問題
