[急問] bahncard25 郵寄到波蘭所需天數?

首次一個女生要勇闖歐洲70天,行程終於大致排出,要來訂票了有人建議我要辦Bahncard25

1. 但實體卡片一定要用郵寄的!!! 但6/13就要出國了, 6/13~20在波蘭,6/21~7/5在捷克志工營, 正想上網訂7/7的DB
-->如果我明天申請,可以在6/19前寄到我波蘭朋友家嗎? 因為志工營很可能無法幫我代收(但會嚐試寫信去問拉)

2. 短程已經特價的就不能使用, 那長程的定義是要多長呢?

3. 而且我竟然連DB的email都找不到耶????
不好意思,因為上網爬文還是找不太到解答, 只看到寫英文去問DB回覆會很慢..
