66cf280635e1b4739989eb3fb7c6c74a 在行動通信領域，韓國一向走在前面：在我們 4G 才剛開台的時候，韓國早在去年就制定了「5G 行動通信促進戰略」，計畫到 2020 年在全球最先實現 5G 商用服務。今天，又有消息稱韓國將和歐盟聯手開發 5G 網路。

《華爾街日報》報導稱，韓國已經同歐盟簽署一向協定，協定草案中，雙方將共同開發 5G 網路，在 2015 年前實現 5G 網路的全球共識和願景。雙方成立的專案組將為 5G 網路的開發制定標準、做無線電的準備工作。

歐盟在 4G 網路方面起步晚、標準不統一。歐盟表示，目前用 4G 網路下載一部時長一小時的高解析度電影需要 6 分鐘，5G 網路環境下只要 6 秒鐘。對韓國而言，合作將進一步加強其對 5G 網路技術的先發主導權，同時使得三星、LG 等國內廠商獲益。
