這個要向跟主辦單位比較熟悉的車友詢問了，我也想報名北勢溪，之前參加大佛盃感覺ezfun舉辦的賽事很棒，只是實力不夠應付北勢溪。

如果由大環境來看，能是很多原因加總，試分析如下：
(1)馬拉松熱之後，許多單車人也跨越到馬拉松，平時可能是騎單車，但不會報名單車賽，改報馬拉松。

(2)單車人口也不算減少，只是願意花錢參加比賽的人很少，單車人的經費通常花在器材。
使得單車賽事市場萎縮。

而路跑人比較會想報名賽事，馬拉松賽還不至於萎縮。

但是，免費的、便宜的單車活動，還是會爆滿。
付費的單車賽 (600元以上 )就很冷清。

(3)前有新聞有播北部單車交通問題，可能使一些比較高難度的賽事參與人數降低。

總之，目前賽事太多，單車人又比較省錢，所以單車活動不容易辦成。
加上，單車風險高，主辦單位、縣市政府的壓力也高。
