江宜樺籲公務員 勿對貪腐視而不見

行政院長江宜樺要求公務員清廉自持還不夠，要能影響要求別人，不對貪腐視而不見，才能兔於只是一缸黑水的一滴清流。記者紀文禮／攝影
行政院長江宜樺今天下午專程南下中興新村，主持由行政院人事行政總處辦理的「地方政務研究班第九期」開訓典禮，面對廿多位來自各縣市政府一級正副主管，江宜樺肯定絕大多數公務員清廉自持，但要影響所在機關及人員，不再對貪腐視而不見，不能只做一缸黑水的一滴清流。

江宜樺說，一年發生三、五件刊到報紙的弊案，每隔三四個月一件，政府給人民的感受就會「很爛」，就像九成九的公務員清廉的一缸清水，因此被極少數貪腐的不肖公務員染黑，而成為一缸黑水中的清流。
