幫朋友帶PO 因友人面試上了某間公司，因在職中，目前遇到取捨問題，想請問各位會如何選擇? A原職工作: 薪資：(N+3K)+業獎+三節 職務：主管職 公司規模：50~100人 產業：國貿 通勤時間；30~35分鐘 B工作： 薪資：(N)+三節 職務：儲備幹部 公司規模：1000人以上 產業：文創商場 通勤時間：培訓後上班位置不定，約30~50分鐘 因為新工作為儲備幹部，存在不確定性，且起薪比原本工作還低，雖然半年後調薪 就會比原先薪資高，但因原本是業務性質的工作，少了業獎差了至少2~4萬。年獎部分 因為新工作人資講的很保守無法推估到底有多少的年獎，不過網路上查到的資訊應該落在 平均1~4個月以內，想請問大家會怎麼做選擇? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.130.175.85 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1405418777.A.3B2.html
